New 2008 Official Guidelines by the CEDAW Committee

The CEDAW Committee has provided guidelines for the writing of States parties reports, both initial and periodic (See E/CN.6/2008/CRP.1 ). These guidelines apply to all reports submitted for 2008. 

They also replace all earlier reporting guidelines issued by the CEDAW Committee.
