Governance

The governance structure of IWRAW Asia Pacific is similar to that of a network organisation. Although our institutional base is in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the overall direction of our programme is based on interaction with our project partners and set through on-going consultation with the Advisory Committee. The Board of Directors provides overall assistance in the management of our organisation's programme. There are also various resource teams that contribute the development of new knowledge and skills in order to strengthen the capacity of our project partners to promote processes that will enhance the realisation of women's human rights. The IWRAW Asia Pacific team coordinates the implementation of all projects.
